PURPOSE:To obtain a molding having a reinforcing material buried in its given position and a high strength by coupling the reinforcing material at a given position in molds by utilizing pins erected in the molds. CONSTITUTION:Pins 2 are erected in a mold body 1, and a reinforcing material 5 is coupled with the pins 2 through holes 6. Then, a resin liquid of rigid urethane resin, etc., is supplied into the mold body, the mold body 1 is closed with a cover 4, and the resin lquid is expanded and hardened. Whereupon, the resin liquid is shaped along the cavity of the mold body 1. After the expansion and hardening of the resin liquid, the molding is cooled and taken out of the mold body 1 to obtain the molding having through holes for bolts. |
