Process comprises reaction of e.g. PVP with a soln. of disesqui terpene aldehyde of formula (I) in wt. proportions of 50-90:10-50. To increase performance, the pptd. complex is treated with a carrier such as saline soln. or gelatin. - The complex can be used as a vaginal contraceptive.
