PURPOSE:To protect the insulation film of a conductor at an edge from damage and improve quality by coating a square bobbin with resin. CONSTITUTION:A bobbin 1 is coated with resin 3, and, further, a conductive wire 2 is wound on the coating. The resin 3 belongs to the group of acrylate that has acryloyloxy group or to photo-setting resin in the group of metaacrylate, and the material of the bobbin 1 is ferrite. For coating dipping method is used and the film thickness of the coating is preferably 3-30mum. If it is under 3mum, the shape at the corner gives substantially no change from previous coating, and, therefore, the rate of defect showed almost no reduction. If it is over 30mum, the rate of defect decreased but made the hole smaller, making the winding difficult, and sometimes with the result of separation of the coil from the bobbin, which lowered performance. For obtaining the desired film thickness by dipping in room temperature of 25 deg.C, viscosity of the material of preferably 2- 200cps is adequate. |
