PURPOSE:To process easily graphic data with good operability, by handling picture display data as data sets. CONSTITUTION:The input part 22 of a graphic processor 21 reads the contents of a graphic defining part 20 in a buffer 23 and also starts an analysis part 24. The analysis part 24 makes a syntax check on the graphic defining part 20 read in the buffer 23 and after it is confirmed that there is no error of syntax, a record structure is generated and stored in a record structure storage area 25. The analysis part 24 indicates a specified data set and starts a data operation part 26 when detecting a display operation command. The data operation part 26 searches the record structure storage area 25 for a record structure and processes it to generate picture display data, which is supplied to a display 28 through a picture memory 27. |
