The output of device 3 is then processed by picture processor 4 and decided based on the standardized pattern to be memorized in yard controlling arithmetic memory unit 5. On the other hand, weighing device 6 is provided with every operation system in the 2nd system to detect both the reception amount and the discharge amount to then supply these amounts to unit 5. In addition, the output of brand input device 7 which detects the yard address and the types of work, etc. is also supplied to unit 5. After this, the information obtained at unit 5 is processed by information processor 10 to be displayed on monitor 11 and printer 12.
