PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform self-diagnosis during the system operation, in the case one typewriter is used and only the control devices have a dual constitution, by connecting an artificial circuit to the control circuit, to which the typewriter is not connected. CONSTITUTION:The two typewriter control devices TPC 0 and TPC 1 are arranged for the one typewriter. When the control device TPC 0 is used for the system operation and the control device TPC 1 is diagnosed under this state, a relay PW in a typewriter switching control device TPCHC is operated by a typewriter power source turning ON signal from a central processing unit. Then a relay PWA is operated, and a power source turning ON finish signal is artificially sent back to the TPC 1. The TPC 1 regards the typewriter side as normal based on this data, and can perform the self-diagnosis. When the TPC 0 is in fault or being checked, a relay CH in the TPCHC is operated, the typewriter is connected to the TPC 1, and it is used for the system operation. |
