PURPOSE:To efficiently obtain a nozzle plate base material by repeating the steps of passing and arranging a wire for forming an injection hole in an injection molding container in a vertical direction, pulling and supporting a filled curable resin block of injection resin for each wire material. CONSTITUTION:Decomposable molding container 32 made of Teflon or the like is mounted through a sealer 36 made of grease or the like for preventing molding resin from flowing out on two bottom plates 33, 34 having two wire inserting holes 35, wires 39 for forming injection holes made of aluminum or the like fed from drums 37, 38 are inserted and engaged to engaging hook 40, thereby applying tension. Molding resin 41 is filled in this state to bury the wire 39, cured resin block 41a is removed upwardly by loosening the assembling screws 42 of the container 32, supported by a block supporting tool 43, thereby assembling the container 32 and filling the resin. These operations are repeated. The resin block 41a' is removed during the repeating steps, the wire 39 is cut at A, the block 41a' is cut into a thin plate, and an injecting hole is formed by etching. |
