In an apparatus for the rapid evaluation of wins in played lottery systems, in which systems, on a layout having fields arranged in columns and rows, on which crosses are entered in fields corresponding to the mathematical structure of the system, with the aid of a comparison strip, in which selected numbers are entered at corresponding positions and which can be moved from row to row over the layout, the wins are determined where a given number of crosses on the comparison strip corresponds with crosses in a row of the layout, in order to achieve the object of determining the wins without prior definition of the positions of the chosen numbers, in a simple manner, a plate-shaped support (1) for the layout and a cursor (8) which can be moved along this support (1) from row (3) to row (3) of the fields (4) of the layout and has windows that can be written on, is provided, in which, for each column (2) of the layout, a slide is provided which is non-transparent and reciprocally movable, and, depending on its position, masks or exposes the window on the cursor (8). <IMAGE>
