In an aircraft having oscillating wings which produce lift and forward drive and are coupled to one another, and having energy stores, driveshafts which are arranged between the oscillating axes are connected in drive terms via levers by coupling to ball joints on their ends on the one hand and on cranks of the driveshaft on the other hand, so that oscillation amplitudes, arrow shapes and frequencies of the wings can be varied at will.
