<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a sanitary and highly anticorrosive solar heat collector having a multilayer structure including the innermost layer consisting of an ethylene.alpha-olefin polyene copolymer vulcanized rubber contained no carbon black and the outermost layer consisting of an ethylene.alpha-olefin-polyene copolymer vulcanized rubber mixed with carbon black. CONSTITUTION:Both of an inner layer 2 and an outer layer 3 are made of the ethylene. alpha-olefin copolymer vulcanized rubber and the outer layer 3 is mixed with carbon black. For extruding the inner layer 2, a rubber extruding machine attached with a deaerator and for extruding the outer layer 2 a general rubber extruding machine is used. Further, the inner layer 2 and the outer layer 3 are extruded simultaneously to make the latter cover the former with the thickness of the inner layer being 0.2mm., the thickness of the outer layer being 0.8mm. and the outer diameter of the extruded product being 10mm. and then the product is vulcanized. The double structure rubber tube thus obtained has advantages that it is possible to prevent the inner wall of a water passage 1 connected to service water from being corroded or exfoliated by chlorine included in the service water as a bactericide or to prevent the generation of a creep phenomenon at the connection of a conduit pipe and a metallic section such as a tank which causes corrosion or pollution due to a leakage of water as time lapses.</p> |
