PURPOSE:To improve resistance to crack of a shoulder part of a tyre, by a method wherein a tread composite product, whereto a given edge rubber is laminated, is sticked at a given position of a molded tyre inflated in a toroidal shape. CONSTITUTION:A tread main rubber E1a with an after-vulcanization modulus at 300% of 110-160kg/cm<2> and a tread under rubber E1b with an after-vulcanization modulus at 300% of 100-170kg/cm<2> are monolithically extruded to form a monolithical molded product E1. An edge rubber E2, which consists of rubber having physical properties similar or approximately similar to that of a side part rubber layer 2 excellent in resistance to fatigue from flexing and in which an after vulcanization modulus at 300% is 60-100kg/cm<2>, is laminated to form a a tread composite product E. The tread composite product E is sticked at a given position of a molded tyre inflated in a toroidal shape. |
