<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a third party's readjustment by arranging a protective sleeve to conceal a connecting section between an adjusting rod for a waste gate valve provided at an exhaust gas inlet and a connecting rod for a waste gate actuator communicating with a supercharge passage and fixing it at a specified position. CONSTITUTION:A protective sleeve is arranged to conceal a lock nut 96 for locking a connecting section between a connecting rod 92 for a waste gate actuator 9 and an adjusting rod 94 for a waste gate valve 9 and fixed properly. This allows nobody to make readjustment unless the protective sleeve 96 is torn off once adjustment is completed ideally by a manufacturer.</p> |
