PURPOSE:To check surely leakage of microwave energy and gasket burning by surely fixing metal gaskets closely in a state of maintaining its flexibility and eliminating gasket drop and any unstable equipment. CONSTITUTION:The first metal gasket 10 having good conductivity and flexibility is arranged on the outer surface of an output side sealing member 2a, while the second metal gasket 11 having good conductivity and flexibility is also arranged on the end surface of a yoke 4a on the top of a permanent magnet 3a, and metal cylindrical members 12 having opening diameters of different size on both end parts are forcedly inserted from the side of an output terminal 1a and held under compression between both end opening parts to be closely arranged electrically and mechanically respectively. Thereby, the metal cylindrical member 12 is closely fixed by setting up a gap between the inner diameter of a small opening end 12a of the metal cylindrical member 12 and the external diameter of a part corresponding to the small opening end 12a of the sealing member 2a on the output side, smaller than the thickness of the first metal gasket 10, while a big opening end 12b of the metal cylindrical member 12 is fixed closely whereby the second metal gasket 11 is compressed and held in the direction of a tube axis. |
