PURPOSE:To improve the degree of molding as well as to facilitate the fabrication of an anode, by modifying an argentic oxide particle surface with grease which disperses polytetrafluoroethylene in ethylene trifluoride oil. CONSTITUTION:Adding a solvent made up of grease, carbon tetrachloride, trichlorethylene, hydrocarbon fluoride genera, etc., to argentic oxide, this compound is stirred and then the argentic oxide and grease well mixed and kneaded. As the amount of the said grease, it is 0.5-5% (wt%, and so forth) to the argentic oxide, particularly 1% or so desirable. In this connection, in case the argentic oxide is mixed, it will do when the said grease is added to the whole positive pole active material within the abovementioned range. And, as for such a solvent as carbon tetrachloride and the like, it may be done only when it is so added to such a degree as taking on a slurry state as a whole. Likewise, as for mixing and kneading time, the longer the better but because of a problem from the work efficient standpoint, generally it takes place within the range of 0.2-2hr. After kneading is over, the kneaded compound is dried up within the limits of that the ethylene trifluoride oil in the grease does not escape in vapor and the solvent consisting of carbon tetrachloride, etc., is evaporated instead. |
