PURPOSE:To simplify the manufacture by a simple constitution, by using a transversal filter having a CCD as a high speed sampling filter constituting part, and containing a non-volatile memory in its input part. CONSTITUTION:On a p type silicon substrate 10, an n type silicon layer 11 is formed, and high density p type diffusion areas 12, 13 constitute input diode and output detecting diode areas, respectively. To a write electrode 18b, weighting voltage 20 is applied, and by avalanche injection of ID, charge being in proportion to the weighting voltage is injected to a floating gate 16. An input signal 21 is inputted to a terminal 17, is delayed by a clock applied to clock input terminals 23-26 and is outputted to an output terminal 29. By connecting it in parallel by plural pieces, an optional filter characteristic can be generated. |
