SENSOR FOR DETECTING ADVANCE LEVEL OF CONDUCTION

摘要

PURPOSE:To reduce a burying zone by burying a first electrode body serving as one electrode with a plurality of second electrode bodies serving as the other electrode on an object to be measured in which the boundary advances between zones in which the conductivities differ to each other. CONSTITUTION:A first electrode body 11 serving as one electrode with a plurality of electrode bodies 12a-12d and 34a-34d serving as the other electrode are buried on an object 1 to be measured in which the boundary advances between zones varied in conductivity. The spaces are varied between the surfaces of the second electrode bodies 12a-12d and 34a-34d. Thus, the number of the first electrode body can be reduced into one as common electrode to make the burying zone thereof smaller, which enables the obtaining of a correct data thereby ensuring an accurate caputuring of changes in the situation.
