PURPOSE:To provide a titled producing device which can prevent the generation of pressing flaws by forming the coating film of an inhibiting agent for plating on one surface of a steel plate, applying plating on the other side, removing the zinc stuck on said inhibiting agent for plating and conducting the steel plate to a stripping device for the film of the peeling agent. CONSTITUTION:A steel plate 1 is passed through a wahser 2, whereafter an inhibiting agent for plating 4 is coated on one surface 5 of the plate 1 with a roll coater 3, and after the coating film of the formed inhibiting agent is calcined 6, the plate 1 is passed through a plating bath 7, whereby the other surface 9 is galvanized. The zinc stuck on the surface 5 of the plate 1 is removed with a flame wiper 9 and the coating weight of the zinc on the surface 8 is controlled to an adequate value with a wiper 10. The steel plate 1 in this state is cooled with a cooler 12 while the contact of the surface 5 with a deflector roll 15 is prevented; thereafter, the film of the inhibiting agent is removed with a stripper 14. As a result, the steel plate galvanized on one side with high quality without any pressing flaws is obtained. |
