<p>PURPOSE:To improve the response of a temperature fuse against abnormal heating of a heater by connecting the temperature fuse thermally and mechanically to the non-heat generating part at the end part of a sheath heater by use of a metallic heat sensitive plate. CONSTITUTION:The end part of the sheath heater 14 inserted into a main tank body 12 is formed into a non-heat generating part 14c, and projected on the upper bedplate 13 of the main tank body 12. The metallic heat sensitive plates 18 clamp the non-heat-generating part 14c and are fixed by means of a screw 19. A holding member 20 is formed unitarily with the metallic heat sensitive plates 18, to hole a temperature fuse 21 accommodated in a heat conductor metal tube 21a. The temperature fuse 21 is inserted into a power supply circuit of the sheath fuse 14.</p> |
