PURPOSE:To make a removal of dark current, by inserting a plane anode electrode into a groove provided in insulating substance, and cementing only one side of the electrode to the side of the groove. CONSTITUTION:A conductive material 6 and an insulator 7 are piled and cemented. With the insulator 7 made cutting by a cutting machine, an electrode holding plate 1 is made by constructing a plurality of grooves in depth to reach the conductive material 6. With this electrode holding plate 1 made facing to each other and fixed, an anode electrode 2 and a cathode electrode 3 are alternately inserted into the groove. Subsequently, a thermo-plastic resin 8 of TANZAKU-shape (a strip of fancy for writing a TANKA) is put between the groove and the electrode. With a heat treatment processed under this condition, the thermo-plastic resin is shrinked with the electrode made welding to the insulator, and the electrode is supported by the insulator with a space 10 being kept. In this way, with a dark current, that flows along the surface of the insulator 7 from the anode electrode 2, passing through the route as shown by an arrow mark 9 and flowing into the conductive material 6, a dark current, flowing into the cathode electrode 3, can be removed by making the conductive material 6 connected to the earth. |
