During the relative movement of the blank and of the rotating cylindrical electrode (3), the part of the cylindrical surface of the electrode (3) facing the blank is arranged at a height, with respect to the surface of the dielectric substrate (1) of the blank facing the electrode (3), which makes contact within the thickness of the current-carrying coating (2) of the blank. <IMAGE>
