PURPOSE:To assemble a welding torch quickly, easily and at high accuracy, by mounting freely attachably and detachably a gauge for assembling to the rear of the body of a torch, and making the body of the torch support a holder. CONSTITUTION:A torch cap 3 is removed from the body 2 of a torch, and a gauge 11 for assembling is screwed on the body. The second engaging part 112 of the gauge 11 is engaged with an inner tube 902 of the second holder 9. Under this condition, the holder 9 is supported in a body to the torch body 2. Then, an outer tube 903 of the holder 9 is engaged with an engaging hole 801 pierced on the first holder 8, and the holder 8 is clamped at a proper position by a clamp 10. A filler metal wire feeding guide 7 is supported by the holder 8. By this way, the welding torch 1 can be assembled easily and cheaply. |
