摘要

PURPOSE:To prolong service life, by using a radiation curing lacquer layer consisting essentially of a mixture of a radiation curable compd. and a polymer compd. which has compatibility with said compd. and has adhesion to plastic substrates. CONSTITUTION:A plastic substrate 4 which is formed thinly with a radiation curable lacquer layer 3 on the surface of a matrix 2 for transfer such as master or stamper formed with signal bits 1 on the surface and is make of a thermoplastic resin having heat resistace and transparency is placed on a radiation curable lacquer layer 3 of which the circumferential edge is enclosed with a spacer 5. When radiations 6 such as UV rays or electron rays are irradiated to the substrate 4 from above, the layer 3 hardens and the signal bits 1 are transferred. The information recording carrier 7 combined with the hardened lacquer layer and the substrate 4 is stripped from the matrix 2.
