PURPOSE:To improve a safety characteristic by a method wherein a flame sensor circuit is provided in which an existence and non-existence of a flame and an appropriate or non-appropriate condition of the discharging system may simultaneously be monitered with a single arrangement. CONSTITUTION:F.F type combustion device is operated such that a fuel supplied to a burner 4 from a fuel supplying system 6 via solenoid valve 9 under a feeding of the air suctioned into a combustion cylinder 5 from a supplying and discharging top 1 via air supplying pipe 9 under an operation of the combustion blower 3 is combustioned and then the discharging gas is discharged from the supplying and discharging top 1 out of the chamber via discharging pipe 10. In this case, the burner 4, combustion cylinder 5, discharging pipe 10, supplying and discharging top 1 and the supplying pipe 9 are constructed to form a series of circuits allowing an electricity to be conducted and the series circuit is constructed as a part of the flame sensor circuit 11. The flame sensor circuit 11 is constructed such that the flame rod 12 and the downstream end of the supplying pipe 9 are connected by the lead line 13 so as to provide an output to the control circuit 7. |
