PURPOSE:To obtain a heat-sensitive recording medium having excellent chromogenic property and excellent storage stability from a colorless or light color chromogenic substance, benzyl p-hydroxybenzoate, and hydroquinonebis(2-hydroxyethyl) ether. CONSTITUTION:A chromogenic substance e.g., 3-(N-cyclohexyl-N-methylamino)- 6-methyl-7-anilinofluoran for black color , benzyl p-hydroxybenzoate as a phenolic substance, and hydroquinone-bis(2-hydroxyethyl) ether as a low-melting substance are each mixed with an adhesive (e.g., polyvinyl alcohol). They are each separately mixed and dispersed to form a heat-sensitive coating liquid, and the coating liquid is coated on a supporter and hardened to obtain a heat-sensitive recording medium. |
