A method for continuously excavating ground and conveying excavated earth from the excavation site, is described as following steps; i) excavating the ground and placing the excavated earth onto lower earth loading mechanism(4), ii) then conveying the earth horizontally by an earth discharging mechanism(6) and a belt conveyor, iii) dumping the earth from the belt conveyor to a predetermined dumping place on the ground surface, iv) carrying out a second excavation operation at second position along the guide post(3) in the same manner as described above, v) repeating the steps until a desired depth of excavation is required.
