PURPOSE:To uniformly heat the inside of a cooker, by providing suction pores in the center of a partition plate which is provided between a combustion chamber and a heating chamber, and blow-off pores in the upper, in the middle and in the lower parts on the periphery of a partition plate, so as to circulate hot-air to the surfaces and the backsides of bottoms of cooking trays out on both upper and lower stages, respectively, in a heating cooker of hot-air circulated type. CONSTITUTION:The current of hot air and combustion gas from a burner, sucked from suction pores 4, provided in the center of a partition plate 3, are fed into a circulating air heating chamber 46 by a circulating fan 11 from a suction port 51, passing through a blow-off line 52 while they are mixed with each other, and are fed into a heating chamber 1 from blow-off pores 5 which are provided on the periphery of a partition plate 3. At this time, the mixed air comes back into a combustion chamber 2 from the suction pores 4 in such a manner that the air from upper blow-off ports 5a goes horizontally above the tray 6a on the upper stage, the air from blow-off ports 5c on the lower stage goes horizontally along the bottom surface of a tray 6b on the lower stage, and the air from blow-off ports 5b on the middle stage goes through the bottom surface of the tray 6a on the upper stage and the above side of the tray 6b on the lower stage, respectively. In such a structure, uniform heating can be provided to the titled cooker because hot-air can be spread horizontally along the upper surface and the backside of a bottom of each tray. |
