PURPOSE:To suppress the generation of vibration and noise, by connecting an upper driving shaft to a bottom driving shaft through a vibration damping member. CONSTITUTION:A casing 15 consists of an upper casing 16 and bottom casing 17, and an engine 19 is mounted to the upper part of the casing 16 through an intermediate member 18. A driving shaft 20 is divided into an upper driving shaft 20A in an engine side and a bottom driving shaft 20B in a casing side, and a spring 36 is coupled as the vibration damping member to the bottom end part of the shaft 20A and the upper end part of the shaft 20B. The spring 36 is wound in the direction coincident with the rotary direction of the shaft 20 to form a spring clutch which can transmit a turning effect of the shaft 20A to the shaft 20B. |
