PURPOSE:To achieve a fusion bonding operation continuously and efficiently, by passing two sheets of laminates overlapped on their regions to be fusion bonded and heated between the endless belts arranged oppositely and pushing each other and fusion bonding them, radiating heat. CONSTITUTION:When a tube 1 is sent at a constant speed to an arrow A direction, the opening part 1a of the tube 1 is heated by gas heaters 12 and fusion bonded by being pressed from both sides with a pressure contacting belt 8 and an opposing belt 10. The tube 1 is sent further to the arrow A direction and sent out continuously from between a pressure contacting roll 4 and an opposite roll 5 at an outlet side. Then, the tube in which a joint part 1b is shaped is obtained. Thereby, the laminated sheets having a good fusion bonded face can be manufactured continuously. |
