CARBAMIC ACID ESTERS, THEIR PRODUCTION AND USE

New carbamic acid esters, inclusive of salts thereof, which have the formula: (I) wherein n is zero or 1; R1 and R2 independently represent -H, -OCH3 or -OCONHR6; in which R6 is C8-26 aliphatic hydrocarbon residue provided that at least one of R1 and R2 is -OCONHR6; and R3, R4 and R5 independently represent hydrogen or lower alkyl, or represents cyclic ammonio, exhibit inhibitory activity to multiplication of tumor cells and antimicrobial activity.
