In order to improve the fire and heat insulation, the filling material has an apparent density of from 0.15 to 0.4 g/cm<3>, in particular beneath 0.3, preferably between 0.2 and 0.3 g/cm<3>, a water content, which has been bound by adsorption, of from 20 to 40 % by weight and a chemically bound water content of from 8 to 20 % by weight. The heat insulation value is from 0.05 to 0.09 kcal/mh DEG C (from 0.06 to 0.10 w/mk) and the strength is from 7 to 20 kg/cm<2> (from 0.7 to 2.0 N/mm<2>). |
