DECISION CONTROL OF SIMULTANEOUS MACHINING FOR FOUR-AXIS NUMERICAL CONTROLLED LATHE

摘要

PURPOSE:To facilitate the preparation of a program by determining the propriety of simultaneous machining for a machining process based on machining information inputted retrieving a table combined in a machining pattern combination memory. CONSTITUTION:A tool rest control section 13 connected to a main control section 2 is connected to a memory 10 to control the driving of tool rests 16 and 17. The main control section 2 outputs machining information INF inputted to a tool rest selection control section 9, which determines to which machining pattern PAT various machining processes composing the machining information INF belongs. A combination table TABL classified into multiple machining patterns PAT in three machining modes is stored into a machining pattern combination memory 12 and indicates the propriety of the simultaneous machining between the tool rests. When the simultaneous machining is allright, the tooling and the tool rest are determined.
