PURPOSE:To enable to perform the smooth operation over a wide range of load and to permit the improvement of an output, by a method wherein a composite type carbureter is directly coupled to a combustion chamber through the primary side of the carbureter and a small size path for a low-load, and the secondary side of the carbureter and a large size path for a high load, and the two paths are adjustably connected together. CONSTITUTION:At a low-load time, window apertures 21a and 21b in inner and outer cylinders 16a and 16b of a sleeve body 16 are prevented from overlapping with each other, and thereby the apertures 21a and 21b are brought to a closing state. A low load side and a high load side are separated from each other by the sleeve body 16, and solely a primary path 8 is used. Fuel-air mixture fed through the path 8 flows in a path 13 from a distributing chamber 19 after passing through a throttle valve 18, and is accelerated with the aid of a small inner diameter of the path 13 to suck it into a combustion chamber 6. Next, at a medium load time, the inner cylinder 16a turns through a lever 26, the apertures 21a and 21b overlap with each other, and a low load side is connected to a high load side. At a high load time, the apertures 21a and 21b perfectly overlap with each other, and are fully opened. Fuel-air mixture through the path 8 is distributed into both sides, and fuel-air mixture through a path 9 is also supplied to a high load side. |
