PURPOSE:To make the reproducing frequency characteristic flat, to extend the reproducing frequency band and to reduce distortion, by folding a diaphragm along a cone shape and forming ruggedness alternately in radial direction of the diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:A cone diaphragm 1 is folded along a cone shape to form ruggedness in radial direction. A top side end 1a of the diaphragm 1 is bonded to a voice coil bobbin, and an edge is bonded to the other end opening 1b. Through the constitution, the driving force produced in a voice coil is delivered to the end 1a of the diaphragm 1 via the voice coil bobbin and the diaphragm 1 is vibrated, and since the ruggedness are formed in the radial direction of the diaphragm 1, the bending strength in the radial direction of the cone is increased rapidly. Thus, split vibration of the diaphragm is hardly produced, allowing to make the reproducing frequency characteristics as a speaker flat, to extend the reproducing frequency band and to reduce the distortion. |
