Heating costs distributor with electrical recording of measured variables in a compact housing, having a housing lid which can be taken off after the removal of a lead seal and has heat sensors in the housing and cold sensors in the room air; an electrolytic counter is used to integrate with respect to time a current that depends on consumption. In this arrangement, the current value is matched to the heater characteristic by means of NTC thermistors and compensating resistances. A series of thermocouples is provided as current source. A temperature-sensitive indicator, which can become coloured at a limit temperature, is used, placed next to the cold sensor, in order to avoid manipulation. <IMAGE>
