<p>PURPOSE:To reduce a use quantity of an expensive corrosion resistance improving material, to remarkably decrease a working time, and to reduce a manufacturing cost, by junctioning a body and a liquid partitioning diaphragm by use of the corrosion resistance improving material, and using laser build up welding and laser welding for its junction. CONSTITUTION:To a body 28, metallic powder 20 having corrosion resistance, such as tantalum powder is coated, a laser beam 22 oscillated from a laser oscillator 21 is changed as to its angle by a reflector 23, is condensed by a condensing lens 24 to irradiated tantalum powder 20, is melted to execute a build up welding. After the build up welding of the tantalum powder 20, a liquid partitioning diaphragm 27 molded from a tantalum plate manufacturing material is welded along whole circumference by the laser beam 22 oscillated from the laser oscillator 21.</p> |
