PURPOSE:To end a job in order on a job queue, by assigning the job to a processor in which the sum of executing time of the job and queuing time on a job queue of its job is reduced to minimum. CONSTITUTION:Whem the time extending from execution of a job to its end, the number of initiators, and the time when a job on a job queue 4 is taken up are denoted as E, I and Q, respectively, the relation is shown by Q=E/I. Also, when a job request is outputted from the initiator of a system C, if an executing time of the job in a system (i), a fetch time of the job in the system (i), and the present job selection are denoted as Ei, Qi and Ai, respectively, an execution end time Til in case when a job (j) is executed by the system (i) in order against the job on the job queue 14 is calculated as Til=Ei+AiQi. In this way, a system (m) whose Tij is minimum is derived. |
