PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution, to decrease the number of parts, and to improve the reliability, by selecting one of row selecting lines by a row selecting signal, and also selecting one line by a line selecting signal, and outputting a code signal. CONSTITUTION:By selecting signals A0-A2 of 3 bits, row driving lines RD1- RD8 of a row selected by a row selector CSEL are set to a low level, and one of the codes set by 2 switch units SW1-SW16 connected to the row driving lines RD1-RD8 is selected by a line selector RSEL in accordance with a selecting signal A3 of 1 bit, and is outputted as code signals D0-D7. Accordingly, it is possible to select one of 16 switch units SW1-SW16 and to output a code signal of 8 bits, by using only one row selector CSEL, 8 drivers P1-P8 and 1 line selector RSEL. |
