<p>PURPOSE:To correct a shape accurately even if expansion and contraction rates of an object to be measured in respective axial directions are different, by inputting the expansion and contraction rate for every axis and correcting the shape on a basis of expansion and contraction rates. CONSTITUTION:X and Y coordinates xs and ys of the center of a scale are stored in a register 101a, and coordinates xp and yp of a point indicated with a cursor of a tablet device 102 are stored in a register 101b, and a magnification M is stored in a register 101c, and an expansion and contraction rate Rx in the X-axial direction is stored in a register 101d, and an expansion and contraction rate Ry in the Y-axial direction is stored in a register 101e. An arithmetic part 103 calculates on a basis of data stored in these registers 101a-101e to correct coordinate values xp and yp inputted from the cursor to coordinate values x'p and y'p and to output them. An NC data generating unit 104 generates NC data on a basis of corrected coordinate values x'p and y'p to store this data in a data memory 105.</p> |
