An arithmetic part 103 calculates on a basis of data stored in these registers 101a-101e to correct coordinate values xp and yp inputted from the cursor to coordinate values x'p and y'p and to output them. An NC data generating unit 104 generates NC data on a basis of corrected coordinate values x'p and y'p to store this data in a data memory 105.</p>
