PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of the rotary valve by driving the rotary valve by a reduction gear constituted by a decelerating bevel gear and an inclined bevel gear and a tension device and releasing the tension of the tension device when the rotary velve is abnormal. CONSTITUTION:The drive of a motor is transmitted to the inclined bevel gear 17 and the decelerating bevel gear through a prime pulley sheave 31, a V belt 32 and a receiving pulley sheave 12, is decelerated by the difference of the number of teeth of both bevel gears, and turns the rotary valve 4 through a sprocket not shown and a chanin 15. In this case, the belt 32 receives tension by a support arm 30 and a tension pulley 9, and power is transmitted. When the rotary valve 4 is difficult to be turned, the chain 15 is difficult to be moved, the inclined bevel gear 17 is rotated in the counterclockwise direction, a support section 24 and spring 28 are turned in the clockwise direction through a wire 19, the tension pulley 9 is separated from the belt 32, and the transmission of power is stopped. Accordingly, the damage of the rotary valve is prevented. |
