PURPOSE:To heat-generate a joining section partially while thermally welding a large number of positions by holding an interposing member, which contains carbon or metallic grains and is made of resin, between the joining surfaces of a resin material member, pressing the joining surfaces and induction-heating the surfaces by high frequency. CONSTITUTION:The interposing material 6 formed by molding a sheet, which is formed by mixing carbon powder into synthetic resin as the same material as a supporter 3 and kneading the mixture, in a shape coinciding with the joining surfaces is prepared in order to weld the joining surfaces 3a, 4a, 5a of a laminating type filter element 1 made of synthetic resin. The interposing materials 6 are held at every joining surface and the supporters 3 are laminated, these members are assembled, and fixed by a jig 8, and the joining surfaces are pressed. When a structure obtained is placed into a high-frequency induction coil 9 and conducted, the carbon powder of the interposing materials 6 generates heat to melt the interposing materials 6, and the upper and lower supporting plates 3 of the materials 6 consisting of the resin of the same material are welded. Metallic powder may be used in place of carbon grains mixed into said nterposing materials 6. |
