PURPOSE:To remove cutting and connecting work for conductors by a method wherein first and second layers of conductors are simultaneously wound by overlapping them and they are folded at the end of winding and then they are wound simultaneously to complete a third layer with the second layer of the conductor and a fourth layer with the first layer of the conductor. CONSTITUTION:A first layer 31 of a conductor 2b and a second layer 32 of a conductor 2c are overlapped with an insulating tape 6 in between the conductors. The width of the tape is set at more than the length of three sides of the cross section of the conductor, the tape being wound on a winding mold 1 at the same time. The overlapped layers are folded back at the end of winding and the third layer 33 and the fourth layer 34 are simultaneously wound. When they are folded back, insulating paper is inserted between the layers. According to said construction, the four-layered coil can be formed without conductor cutting and connecting works. |
