PURPOSE:To enable the whole surface of a damper blade rotatable about a pivot shaft to uniformly abut against the surface of a seat even when the damper blade is deformed, by pivotally attaching one end of levers to both side end parts of the damper blade, and as well by connecting the other end of the levers to actuators. CONSTITUTION:When hydraulic cylinders 12 respectively arranged at both sides of a housing 1 are extended, levers 8 integrally incroporated with sleeves 6 which are cloosely fitted onto both ends of a pivotal shaft 5 are swung upward by means of piston rods 13. Thereby, levers 7 which are pivotally connected at their lower ends to a circular damper blade 9 with pins 11 and at their upper ends to the sleeves 6 are rotated together, and thereby the blade 9 is rotated around this pivot shaft 5 so that the blade 9 abuts against a seat 4a. Further, at this time the damper blade 9 may be rotated under small force since counter weights 15 are attached to the sleeves 6 through supporting levers 16 at the oppsite side of the levers 8. |
