<p>Mechanisation of the manual work of a person for preparing saute -or assimilated- dishes. There is provided an automatic machine with variable programs. Practically, to prepare a dish amounts to turning the button of a timer. The machine comprises in general a plurality of (electrically and mechanically) independent units mounted on a fixed frame comprising a platen drilled with holes. The figure 2 represents a model with three units. On top of each unit, there is provided a pan receiving the composition of a dish or water for washing; above the pan, a mixer rotates almost horizontally. The pan may take two final positions, either horizontal or skewed; the latter position of the pan is used for pouring the composition of a prepared dish into a plate to be placed on the platen or for emptying washing water.</p> |
