PURPOSE:To enable to open and close a flow passage of liquid, gas, or the like automatically in accordance with the change of temperature in a heat-reacting valve by providing a spherical heat-reacting plate capable to be reversed at a fixed temperature in a casing provided with an inlet and an outlet part. CONSTITUTION:For applying to a refrigerator obtaining the refrigerating work by means of a refrigerating cycle in which the refrigerant discharged from a compressor 1 is again returned to the compressor 1 via a condenser 2, a decompression means (capillary tube) 3, and an evaporator 4, a heat-reacting valve 7 is provided in a refrigerant-circulating circuit to be in touch with the evaporator 4. In this heat-reacting valve 7, when the temperature of the evaporator 4 is high, the heat-reacting plate 12 is convexed upward as illustrated for connecting an inlet pipe 10 with an outlet pipe 11 to form a flow passage from the capillary tube 3 to the evaporator 4. Meanwhile, when the temperature of the evaporator is lowered under a set value, as the compressor 1 is stopped, the heat-reacting valve 12 is reversed and convexed downward for intercepting the flow passage. |
