MEDICINAL PREPARATION HAVING ANTINICOTINE EFFECT AND METHOD FOR OBTENTION THEREOF

The medicinal preparation having an antinicotine effect contains a biologically resolving polymer carrier, which includes a cation exchange group and which carrier is modified in this group with an alkaloid having the antinicotine effect. Said preparation contains components at the following ratio in % by weight: the alkaloid having the antinicotine effect... 2,5 - 40,0 % the polymer carrier...the remainder. The method for obtaining said preparation comprises reacting the biologically resolving polymer carrier, which includes the cation exchange group, with the alkaloid having the antinicotine effect, in an aqueous organic medium consisting of 1-15 parts by volume of water and 1-25 parts by volume of the organic medium, at the temperature of 8-22C.
