<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of selective absorption film, thermal deformation and the like due to no-water heating from occuring by a structure wherein supporting members, one end of which is fixed to a side wall and the other end of which is connected to a vent valve equipped on a side wall opposite to the above-mentioned side wall, are provided under a convection preventing material arranged between an absorber plate and a transparent plate. CONSTITUTION:The solar heat collector 1 is equipped with a skirt part 11 at the upper part of its outer wall, an absorber plate 3 equipped with absorber tubes over its bottom, the transparent plate 10 at its upper opening and a transparent film 9 serving as the convection preventing material between the absorber plate 3 and the transparent plate 10. One or a plurality of the supporting members 4, one end of which is fixed to the skirt part 11 and the other end of which is extended by means of a spring 5 after piercing the skirt part 11, are provided beneath the film 9 in order to prevent the film 9 from sagging. In addition, the vent valve 6, which cooperates with the window frame 8 made of rubber or the like on the outer wall 16, is fixed to the end of the supporting member 4 and a vent hole 7 is in the closed state at the time of shipmemt of the collector from a factory. However, when the supporting member 4 expands itself due to the temperature rise caused by no-water heating, the vent hole 7 is open, resulting in lowering the surface temperature of the absorber plate. Accordingly, the deterioration of selective absorption film, thermal deformation of the absorber plate, breakdown of the transparent film by contacting due to its abnormal expansion and the like can be prevented.</p> |
