PURPOSE:To obtain a sheet for deep drawing, having a high softness and excellent moldability, by mixing wooden fibers, long fibers, and an adhesive by supplied wind pressures over an air blowing distance similar to the air blowing distance for the long fibers, e.g., jute, etc. CONSTITUTION:Wood chips are steam-treated, beaten, and slightly dried by a dryer to prepare wooden fibers with a comparatively high moisture content, and the wooden fibers are pneumatically sent with long fibers (e.g., jute, etc.) to a pulp hopper 2 from rag openers 1. Then, an adhesive composed of a fibrous thermoplastic resin as main component and a powdery thermosetting resin as an auxiliary agent is charged and mixed with the wooden fibers, etc., by a lower filter 3. The mixture is sent onto a conveyer 4, where it is subjected to forming treatment to form a mat and then punched by a needle punch 5 to obtain a sheet. |
