发明名称 HIGH-SPEED DYEING METHOD FOR SEPARATE PROTEIN
摘要 PURPOSE:To perform a high-sensitive and a high-speed dyeing of protein, by a method wherein, when protein migrates and separates, a hemin, simultaneously, is moved in a support by an electrophoresis to adsorb it to protein. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, a blood protein is separated in polyacrylamide gel by an electrophoresis method. Then, when the protein migrates and separates, a hemin, simultaneously, is brought to migrate in the gel to adsorb it to the protein. The protein is then converted into a material having a peloxydase action, and the protein is dyed by the action for detection. This enables to perform a high-sensitive and high-speed dyeing of a protein in a polyacrylamide gel and an efficient diagnosing operation of sickness based on a blood protein analysis.
