PURPOSE:To suppress the fluctuation of the controlled variable for disturbance, by using an extension model, to which the integral characteristics of the deviation between the controlled variable and a set value of a plant is added, to control a controlled system most suitably. CONSTITUTION:A most suitable controlling system 100 incorporating a model controls a system where a feed forward controlling system 200, a subloop controller 300, and a thermal power plant 400 are combined. A load demand change rate LDR from the system 200 is regarded as the disturbance, and controlled variable deviations such as a power generation output deviation MWE and a main stream pressure deviation PMSE are used as the controlled variable, and the extension model where the integral characteristics of the controlled variable deviation of the plant 400 is added to a model having the characteristics, where the generation process of the disturbance and the controlled system are combined, is generated. This extension model is used to control the controlled system of the system most suitably. Thus, the controlled variable is made coincident with the set value without offset in the steady state, and interferences among plural controlled variables are suppressed to suppress the fluctuation of the controlled variable for the disturbance. |
