PURPOSE:To prevent the floor of a cab, or a shift lever from being damaged even when the cab is tilted erroneously in the turned down state of the shift lever, by mounting the shift lever so as to be left behind at a vehicle frame side at the tilting time of the cab, and constituting an upper lever part so that it is pressed on one end face of a detent groove by a spring. CONSTITUTION:A shift lever 10 is mounted so as to be left behind at a vehicle frame V side at the titling time of a cab T. A step shaped detent groove 73 is formed at a detent plane 70 fixed at a fixed member, and an upper lever part 20 is pressed on one end face 73a of the detent groove by a spring 50. Even when the cab T is tilted erroneously in a state that the upper lever part 20 is being tuned down, the upper lever part 20 can be raised smoothly by the floor F of the cab because no spring force is acted on the lever part to a position on the way (continuous line position II), and also, the position on the way is inclined, and it is restored to its original standing upright state automatically.
